We're doing a special run of Brigadier's trading card for the memorial service, to give out to people who attend. For those who won't be able to attend, I thought you might like to see it. Posted by Picasa

I live about 3 blocks away from where the Majestic Brigadier was fataly injuried on Friday night. I pulled into the mall parking lot a little after 7pm to get a few things from the store and noticed all the comotion going on infront of McDonalds. I walked over to see Brigadier laying on the ground with several Police officers comforting him, he was in severe pain from his injuries. Time seemed to pass in slow motion until the ETF Squad arrived.......minutes later Officers asked people to move back, 3 or 4 large yellow tarps were raised up to block Brigadier from the view of the public, I watched as a few Officers walked away and lowered their heads....a few minutes later, 2 gunshots rang out and we all knew that Brigadier had been released from his pain and suffering. I started to cry as I walked back to my car and drove the few blocks back home. I poured myself a stiff drink and hugged my 5 animals and told them how much I loved them. I did not sleep a whole lot on Friday Night. My heart goes out to all of the Toronto Police Officers and especially to the Toronto Mounted Unit. Brigadier will never be forgotten, Wayne
